WHY DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO 3 MONTHS?
Since making a sustainable change doesn’t happen overnight, there is a minimum three-month commitment to ensure you get the most out of the program — and that you practice patience with yourself. After those three months your account will automatically convert to monthly payments based on the membership you selected until you cancel.
*Please note, if you selected the 6 month or 1 year membership, you will need to renew your membership or you will begin being charged with the month to month pricing of $160.

I understand that initially this program may seem expensive. However, if you compare it to what a nutritionist charges per office hour (usually around $150) then it’s much cheaper than many other individualized programs. Additionally, this program is meant to help you learn what’s best for you, so you can be successful in the long run and you don’t have to keep wasting money on other methods that may only provide temporary success. DO YOU DESIGN MEAL PLANS?
I don’t offer meal plans, but that’s really the beauty of this program. I have found that meal plans can be limiting and hard to stick to. Instead, The Thrive Vibe is all about teaching you how to reach your goals while enjoying the foods that you love, and make your body look, move, and feel amazing. In this process, you’ll become your own nutrition expert. I will work with you to gain the skills and confidence to make your own food choices so that when you’re ready to do this on your own you have all the skills to do so! HOW IS THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM OTHER NUTRITION PROGRAMS?
Because my program is specifically designed for you! From cleanses to carbless, you may have tried them all. And the truth is, they all work. Just not for everyone. And not for all goals. That’s why I will work with you to find what does work for you so you can finally see the results you’ve worked so hard to achieve!
HOW MUCH WORK/TIME/EFFORT IS
THIS GOING TO BE FOR ME?
This is a great question and to be completely honest if you have never tracked your food before, at the
onset this is going to be a lot of work. There’s a learning curve but that doesn’t last forever. You’re going
to spend a good bit of time reading food labels and wondering what in the world you can put together to
fit your macros.
It gets better! It gets easier! Remember when you first learned to ride a bike? It was hard. You started on a tricycle, then needed a spotter on two wheels, you fell and got back up many times until eventually you got the hang of it and now you’ll never forget. Tracking your macros is similar. It’s hard at first, it takes a little learning and more brain power than you’re using now to put together a meal. But like riding a bike, it gets easier! After a few weeks, you will fall into a routine, learn the nutritional composition of your favorite meals and it becomes second nature.
This is all part of learning what your body needs and how to best fuel your day.
AM I GOING TO HAVE TO WEIGH
AND MEASURE EVERYTHING I EAT?
Yes, unless you and I agree to something different, while on this program you will need to weigh and measure your food - especially in the beginning. This is a huge educational piece of the program, you’ll learn more about portion sizes and what’s in your food through weighing and measuring. The knowledge you’ll gain about nutrition and what works for you through this process is one of the biggest takeaways!

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY PREFERENCES?
You want to to know if you can do this program if you’re vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten-free or just a picky eater? Heck yes you can! I choose your macros, you choose your food.
SO, HOW DOES THIS PROGRAM WORK?
First, you’ll answer some questions so I can get to know you and what you’re after, like your goals, expectations, preferences and all that fun stuff! Then, I will create your customized nutrition plan and tell you how many grams of protein, fats and carbs to consume each day — and you choose what you eat to reach those targets.
Track your progress in the centralized web app where you log your weight, macros, measurements and more.
You’ll have a formal check-in with me every week to discuss what’s working, what’s not and what needs adjusting.

WHAT IF I HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES?
I would love to work with you! I can work with almost anyone struggling with medical illnesses, but because I am a RN, not a doctor, I can not provide any medical treatment options for diabetes, hormonal problems, thyroid problems, PCOS, etc. As with any change in diet, you should check with your doctor first and follow any of your doctor's recommendations first.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
If you are still within the first three months of your program, you will need to finish your 3- month commitment before your cancelation goes through. Once you have fulfilled the initial 3-month commitment (for month to month memberships) your account will automatically renew each month until you cancel your account. To cancel, please email email@example.com. If you have chosen a 6 month or 12 month membership option, your plan will automatically cancel unless you purchase another membership from the Plans and Pricing page. Don't worry though, 'll be sure to send out a reminder for upcoming membership expirations!
